Payments MUST be accompanied with your reference number or name used for the request in order for the Public Records Department to apply payment to the appropriate invoice. Failure to provide the necessary information could cause a delay in completing your request.

What forms of payment are accepted online?

We accept most if not all major credit and debit cards, please call us for more information.

I’ve submitted my payment, now what?

 Once payment has been submitted, an email receipt will be sent to you and our office will be notified that payment has been made so we can begin working on your service. If you have NOT already sent us your documents, please forward the email receipt with PDF copies of the documents you need served to Serve@LegalServeUSA.com

What’s included in the service fee?

 Our fee includes up to 5 attempts to one address, printing up to 50 pages, and a notarized (if necessary in the jurisdiction) return of service once service is completed/non-served.

How will I know the status of my service?

Each time we make an attempt, you will receive an email notification so you know exactly what happened. Once service is completed, we’ll send you a copy of the affidavit by email for your records before mailing the original.
